It’s always an honor and privilege to get to photograph my friends. I met Nick and Sarah 5+ years ago when I showed up to shoot their engagement session and discovered they lived in the same apartment building as my then-fiancé. It was almost an instant friendship consisting of lots of pool time and probably an equal amount of Bruster’s ice cream, and I have loved them ever since. Then they moved and ruined it all! Haha, only kidding. Sure do miss ’em, but I’m so happy to see them happy in St. Louis (where they managed to acquire a house and a dog and a new baby basically all within a year.) I was lucky enough to get to spend a long weekend out there recently and meet baby Kyle for the first time. Who, let’s be honest, is ridiculously adorable. (See for yourself.) Thanks guys – I’m looking forward to many visits in the future and knowing I always having a home away from home!
