Jess & Mike – Georgetown Engagement Photography
This particular shoot was a lot of fun for me. Some of you might recognize Jess as being the talent behind Jessica Veltri Photography, but she was also my awesome second shooter for much of this year. And I’m happy to say a good friend too! I was super excited to hear she got engaged (underwater, while scuba diving) and secretly hoped I’d get to shoot her engagement photos (okay, maybe not so secretly.) And it weirdly worked out that I did! It was only my second time to meet Mike, but like the first time, I found him to be super personable and his sense of humor the perfect fit for Jess’. I’m really bummed she moved to Washington, but at least now I have another friend on the west coast to visit!
As you can obviously see from the photos, it rained nearly the entire shoot, but that didn’t stop us! I’m so glad they were up for some getting-pretty-wet shots because I think that actually made the session even more awesome. 🙂

These are AMAZING!! I love them all! The rain shots of course are my favorites, but seriously everything is just so good. I love that she got engaged while scuba diving UGH so cool!!

It’s as if you can feel the love they both have for each other through the photos. There is no way to choose just one as a fave, I tried. Absolutely amazing photos.
