This was my first wedding of 2015 and it was so much fun! I can’t wait to see what this year has in store. If this was any indication, I am in for some pure awesomeness. 🙂
It was 32 and windy, but Jess and Jimmy opted to do their First Look outside. Brave! They brought their dog Jack for some photos, and I love what I shot with him because I feel like it really captures his personality. 🙂 We headed back inside right after to warm up, where we pretty much stayed for the rest of the day. Which was not a problem, because the Annapolis Yacht Club gave me plenty of things to work with! It has a pretty fantastic view of the Annapolis Harbor, and the sun was perfectly timed to set along with Jess and Jimmy’s ceremony. One of my favorite parts of the day was Jimmy’s brother’s toast! All of the toasts were fantastic, but his in particular was for sure one of the best and funniest toasts I’ve ever heard. I truly got a feel for his relationship with Jimmy, and also a better idea of who Jess and Jimmy are as a couple. I really loved this wedding, and am so happy to see these two married!

These are really great pictures, Emily! The first look was so sweet and I love that fur baby!! I really love the sunset ones too! Great job!
What a gorgeous yacht club wedding! Fantastic reception lighting too!
That looks like one fun party! Beautiful photographs!
I love that they included their dog!! The dog racing toward the camera (on the dock) is so funny; that is exactly what my dogs would do too! Beautiful portraits (I love the dock ones when the sun was starting to set!) and lovely details. It looks like such a fun wedding! 🙂
LOVE that first image. This looks like it was such a fun wedding!
