I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while. (I mean, it was a destination wedding in Bermuda, so can you blame me?)
Connie and Justin and their people were so kind and welcoming that by the end of the weekend, I really felt like part of the family! It was a small production, but completely perfect. The weather held out (even giving us a wedding day rainbow!) and the venues Connie chose for everything were incredible. I shot their ceremony in the Unfinished Church, a spectacular Gothic structure started in the 1870s but never completed, and the reception at Waterlot Inn, a historic old manor house turned steakhouse. I felt so lucky to be part of this intimate experience, and I hope I’ve delivered images to match the memories we’ll all treasure forever!
Stay tuned for the day-after photos on the beach! I’ll be posting those tomorrow.

YEAH!! I can see why you were looking forward to it! This is such a unique destination wedding, I love the gothic church ruins. You captured all the emotions so well. Every picture is just wonderful, but I really love the veil one of them kissing. Also, hilarious when he steps on her veil which happens you know all day during a wedding. Great job Emily!! Hope you got a little vacation out of it!
Ohhhh, I’ve been waiting for this one! The church is amazing and you captured it perfectly!
I love the stepping on the veil shot XD #reallife
I also LOVE how this isn’t the typical beach view destination wedding! This place has so much character and is GORGEOUS. So many amazing moments captured too! I can’t wait to see their beach portrait session!
Holy cow! These are incredible Emily! The location is breathtaking and that bouquet is orchid dreams!! Well done, they are stunning!
