Colleen & Colin – Washington DC Engagement Photography
I met Colleen and Colin on a beautiful weekday afternoon near the US Botanic Gardens, which has normally a fantastic view of the Capitol… but not only is the Capitol dome still scaffolded, the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial with all the pretty statues was completely covered up too. But all the flowers were blooming and things were green and gorgeous and I loved all the pretty light! Our next stop was Yards Park, where we roamed around Nats Stadium and found some sweet spots to shoot. Colin and Colleen are so easy to talk to and fun to be around – I’m really looking forward to their DC wedding extravaganza this fall!
