I’ve been wanting to shoot at Glen Echo Park for some time now, so when Danielle suggested it as their engagement photo location, I was super stoked! I think they wore the perfect outfits to complement the feel of the place – slightly vintage, comfortably stylish, and definitely still fun. I had a blast photographing these guys. Danielle is a photographer herself, so I felt like she was one step ahead of me in posing and I barely had to give them any direction at all! My assistant Dan came along to help out with the lighting for the night shots, and I couldn’t be happier with how those turned out. Anyway, it was a great day and it made me even more excited for Danielle and James’ wedding next May where I’ve already been promised waffles!! (It’s the little things, guys.)
Yup, the photo on the left was the very first one I took. I knew I was in for a good time!
