Marlayna and Erik were married back in March, without an official wedding photographer. Mostly I’m just bummed I didn’t get to witness it myself, because it sounded like an incredible day. Marlayna processed down the aisle to the Star Wars “Imperial Death March”… talk about an entrance! Anyway, I did get to take these nice portraits a few months later, and thoroughly enjoyed all the intelligence, quirkiness, overall silliness and fun these two beautiful souls bring to the world. Meadowlark Botanical Gardens provided the stunning spring backdrop. (Also, geeky photographer thing: how great is the bokeh in this first image?!)
